How do refunds work?
We don't auto-refund. If something genuinely went wrong (you were charged for a service we didn't deliver, your enrichment failed and we billed anyway, etc.), email hello@leadcove.io and we review.
Iron rule: no charge when no data is delivered — if a vendor lookup returns nothing, we don't charge a credit.
Subscriptions are paid in advance. Cancellation stops the next renewal but doesn't refund the current month.
